Can I bring my own parts?

No. Due to insurance, warranty, and liability issues we cannot allow customers to supply their own parts for install. 

Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes. With the exception of very few cars we can repair all makes and models. If you have a model we cannot repair or service we will let you know and assist in finding you the appropriate place to take your vehicle. We are not equipped to service a Bugatti as an example, but we do not anticipate that being a common request either. Please reach out prior to bringing the car in if you believe yours may be on the list of exceptions.

Will you rent lifts out to others?

No. There are several reasons we cannot allow others to work off of our lifts. Insurance will not allow it due to liability issues that arise if someone were to get injured or damage property. We also cannot have others tying up our lifts as they are our main source of income generation. We would suggest reaching out to local car clubs such as Blood Sweat & Gears as many individuals in them have personal lifts they are willing to let others use.

Do you all provide price matching?

No. We strive to stay competitive with current market prices. There will be many who are higher and a few who a lower priced than us, but we have priced our rates at a level where we can provide the highest quality repairs and service.

GPS sometimes sends people to wrong area.

From Huddleston Road turn on to D Bob Ind Drive. Turn right on Ashburn Ct and follow it to the end, Turn Right on to Tiger Way and the street dead ends into our driveway and parking.
